Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Hell Treasure AUS social casino game and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. We may request age verification and suspend or close accounts that do not meet this requirement.

2) Social casino; no real-money gambling

• The Service is for entertainment only and is not real-money gambling.
• Virtual coins/credits/items (“Virtual Currency”) have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be exchanged for real-world value.
• No prizes of real-world value are offered.

3) Accounts

• You are responsible for your account activity and keeping login details secure.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches, suspected fraud, or security risks.

4) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots, automation, or unauthorised third-party tools.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or unlawful content.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with networks, or bypassing security.
• Buying/selling/transferring accounts or Virtual Currency outside the Service.

5) Virtual Currency and gameplay

We may modify, balance, reset, or remove Virtual Currency, features, or content at any time. Virtual Currency is licensed, not sold, and remains within the Service.

6) Optional purchases/subscriptions

If offered, in-app purchases or subscriptions provide access to digital content/benefits within the Service only. Charges are processed by the relevant app store/platform under its terms. Except where required by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or platform policies, purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Subscription renewal/cancellation is managed through your platform account.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, artwork, text, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal entertainment, subject to these Terms.

8) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the ACL that cannot be excluded.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss arising from interruption, errors, or unauthorised access. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted by law (and, where applicable, to resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of resupply).

10) Suspension, termination, and changes

We may change or discontinue any part of the Service, and may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with an updated date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

11) Disputes and governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues. If a dispute cannot be resolved, these Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
