This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
1) What we collect
- Account & order data: name, email, phone, delivery/billing address, login credentials (hashed), purchase history, support messages.
- Payment data: payment status and tokenised references from our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Device/analytics: IP address, device/browser identifiers, pages viewed, approximate location, timestamps, cookies and similar technologies.
- Marketing pixels: event data (e.g., page views, add-to-cart, purchases) via pixels/tags where enabled.
2) How we use information
- Provide, personalise and operate the site, accounts, checkout and delivery.
- Customer support, fraud prevention, security monitoring and compliance.
- Analytics to improve performance and user experience.

3) Disclosure & service providers

7) Your rights (Access/Correction/Complaints)
You can request access to or correction of personal information (APP 12–13), withdraw consent where applicable, and opt out of marketing using unsubscribe tools or by contacting us. If you have a complaint, contact us first; you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
